 Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients: All purpose Flour/Refined Flour/ Maida, Active Yeast, Sugar, Cheese, Garlic, Dry oregano, Chili Flakes, Fresh Corriender, Black pepper powder, Butter, Olive oil/ Vegetable Oil.

Process:
   Take 1/4th cup of Luke warm water and add 1/2 tsp yeast and 1/4th tsp sugar to this water. Keep it for 15 min in room temperature to activate yeast.

   Take one cup of all purpose flour in a bowl add some finely 1 tsp chopped garlic,1 tbs Olive oil, salt to taste and make a soft dough with active yeast, add water if needed. Spread little oil all over the dough and Cover it. Keep this dough in room temperature for two hours.

   
   After two hours the dough become double in size, now cut the dough into two half and make balls. Take one ball and pat this on little dust of flour, rolled this to give round shape with 8 to 10 inch redious. 

    Melt some butter and add chilli flakes, dry oregano, finely chopped fresh coriander to melted butter.

     Greese a baking tray, placed the base on baking tray. Add melted butter mix to the top and spead all over with brush. 
     
   Half portion of the base top with 1/2 cup grated cheese, Chopped Garlic 2 tps, dry oregano and black pepper powder and chilli flakes. Now cover this with untopped portion and sealed the open side with pressing fingure and spread melted butter mix to the upper side. With a help of a knife put some deep cut mark to breadth. 

  Now bake this in 160°C preheated oven for 15 min. Or bake this in a covered pan for 10 min in low to medium flame.

N.B. - Butter is added so be carefull while adding salt, chilli flakes is optional if you don't like spicy then you can skip this.
