  Roasted Garlic Thyme Soup Ingredients: Garlic 20 cloves, Onion 1 medium size, tomato 1 small size, Dry Thyme 1 Tbs, cornflour 1½ tsp, green chilli 1, fresh coriander chopped 1tbs, olive oil ( or any Vegitable oil) 1 tbs, black pepper powder 1 tsp, salt to taste, butter cubes. Process: cut onion finely, cut the tomato in small pieces discard seeds, chopped green chilli roughly. Dry roast half part of garlic, cool it and remove skin and chopped roughly, and remove skin from others garlic cloves and chopped them finely. Take cornflour in a medium bowl, add some warm water to this, stir this well to dissolve in water. Take a pan, add oil and heat the pan until oil release smoke. Now add freshly chopped garlic to oil,  and saute till colour changed, now add onion to this, add ½ tsp salt and saute till onion  translucent, add tomato pieces and chopped  green chilli saute for sometime, then add dry thyme to this and stir them to mix well and to fry little bit and chopped ...

  Chicken Hyderabadi Ingredients: Chicken 1 kg ( medium size pieces), coconut milk 300 ml, Curd 200g, almond 20 seed, fresh coriander leaves ½ cup, green chilli 6, Termaric powder 1tsp, Red Chili powder 1tbs, Roasted cumin powder 1 tap, Corriender powder 1tsp, Garlic 15 cloves, ginger 1½ inch, lemon ½, pepper corn 15, Garam masala 1 tbs, two medium size onion, Vegitable oil 4 tbs, salt to taste. Process: wash the chicken pieces and keep aside. Soak the almonds for sometime with water, then blanch them and put then in a grinder and make a fine paste, add water if needed. Keep aside. Take ginger, garlic and 3 pieces of green chilli in a grinder and make a fine paste with them. Keep aside.   Cheese Toast without Oven Ingredients:  Sandwich bread 3 slice, Onion 1 medium size, Tomato 1 Medium size, Fresh Corriender half cup, Green Chilli 2, Mozerella cheese 1 Cup grated, Dry oregano 1 tbs, Black pepper powder 1 tbs, Butter/ Vegitable oil for  Grilling. Process:  cut the bread diagonally to give triangle shape ( it looks different)  Cut the Onion, tomato and green chillis roughly. Take Melt butter or Vegitable oil, brush oil or butter one side of bread. Keep the oil brushed side on any plate. Follow the same for all slices. Now spread ½ part of grated cheese on bread slices, then decorate with chopped onion tomato, green chilli and fresh coriander. Spread dry oregano on them.   Dry Fruits Cake without Oven Ingredients: Refined Flour 3 Cups, Sugar 1½ cup, Vegitable oil 1 Cup, Egg 3, venila Essence 2 tbs, mixed dry fruits 1 Cup, baking powder 1 tsp. ( Refined flour: Oil: Sugar: Egg = 3: 1 : 1.5 : 3) Process: soak dry fruits ( I soaked in water)  Take a mixing bowl, add Sugar and oil, stir them to mix and to get light. Now add eggs and mix them well by a spoon till sugar desolve, add vanilla essence and mix well. Now add refined flour mix well, no flour lumps should be in batter.   Smoky Flavour Cottage Cheese Gravy Ingredients: Paneer/ Cottage Cheese 250g, Lemon Juice 2 tbs, Olive oil 2 tbs, Termaric powder 1 tsp, Red chili powder 1tbs, coriender Cumin powder 2 tsp each, Black pepper powder 2 tsp, Garlic Ginger paste 2 tsp each, Tomato paste 2 tbs, onion one medium size, cashew nut 8, almond 8, green chilli 2, Kasoori methi (Fenugreek leave dried) 1tsp, fresh coriander 1tbs chopped, green cardamom 2, Cloves 3, cinnamon stick 2 broken, Vegitable oil 2 tbs, butter  cube 1 inch, salt to taste, deshi Ghee 1tsp, piece of charcoal.   Medu Bada/ White Lentil Doughnut Ingredients: Urad dal/ white lentil 250g, Ginger 1 inch, Green Chilli 4, black pepper 10 corn, Tomato 1 medium size, Onion 1 medium size, curry leaves one, fresh coriander chopped ¼ cup, salt to taste and oil to fry, baking soda ⅕tsp. Process: Soak Urad dal/ white lentil 6 hours or overnight in water. Discard water and take in grinder, add two green chilli, piece of ginger in grinder, grind them to make make all most fine paste ( not to smooth textured paste) add very litle much of water maximum ½ cup( we not need any thin batter), transfer this to a Bowl.   Chicken Boti Kebab in Clay Oven Ingredients: Boneless Chicken 1kg, Lemon Juice 3 tbs, Curd 1 Cup ( 200g), Oilve oil 4 tbs, green chilli 6, Coriender Cumin powder 1 tbs each, Black pepper powder 1 tbs, Garlic Ginger paste 1 tbs each, cashew nut 15 pcs, Salt to taste.  Vegitable oil to brush on kebab.   Egg Mashala Curry/ Egg with Spicy Gravy Ingredients: Egg 6, Onion 1 medium size chopped , Garlic 8 cloves, Ginger 1 inch chopped, Cashew nuts 8, Curd 4 tbs, Termaric powder 1tsp, Red Chilli powder 1tbs, Green Chilli 6, Corriender and Cumin powder 1tsp each, Black pepper powder ½ tap, 2 Green cardamom, 3 cloves bud, 2 inch cinnamon stick, oil 3 tbs, salt to taste Process: boil eggs to hard, remove the skin and keep aside. Bun Kebab / Kebab Sandwich  Ingredients: Burger Bread 4, minced Chicken 300g, Black pepper powder 1 tsp, Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp each, chopped green chilli 4, chopped fresh coriander ½cup, cumin and Corriender powder 1 tsp each, Garam masala powder 1 tsp, 1tsp salt, two medium size onion, egg 1, one medium size Tomato, meyonise, oil to fry.  Red Lentil Coated Pumpkin Flower Fry Ingredients: Male Pumpkin Flower 6, Red Lentil 100g, Dry Rice 2tbs, green chilli 2, black pepper corn 6 to 8, Cumin and Corriender powder 1 tsp, Black Cumin seed 1 tap, Salt to taste, 4 tbs oil to fry. Process: Soak Red Lentil and Dry Rice in water separately at least for 2 hours.   Spanish Omelet/ Spanish Tortilla Ingredients: Egg 4, Roughly Chopped Bell Pepper 4 tbs, Chopped Tometo 2 tbs, Sweet Corn 2 tbs, Chopped onion one medium size, chopped green chilli 2, Black pepper powder 2 tsp, 1 tsp salt, roughly chopped medium size potato, 3 tbs oil. Preparation: Take one tbs oil on a pan, heat until smoke release. Add chopped potatoes on oil, fry potaoes until it becomes soft. Take mixing bowl, take eggs in bowl, now add fried potatoes, onion, green chilli, tomato, bell pepper, sweet corns, pepper powder and salt. Mix all these with eggs by a spoon. Take a frying pan, add one tbs oil in pan and spread all) over the pan. Heat the pan until smoke release. Bring the flame to medum low, now add egg mix to the pan and spread all over the pan.   Cheese Cheese Grilled Sandwich Ingredients: Sandwich bread, Grated Cheese, sliced Bell Pepper, chopped onion, chopped fresh Corriender, chopped green chhili, roughly cut tometos, Black pepper powder, dry oregano, Vegitable oil or butter. Process: give layer of grated cheese to the bread, then put chopped onion, bell pepper, tomato, green chilli and fresh coriander. Spread some dry oregano on this. Cover this with grated cheese, spread Black pepper powder on cheese layer. And cover this with another Bread. Now apply melted butter or Vegitable oil on both sides of sandwich with a brush.  Now follow  these  steps for others breads too. Now grilled both side of sandwich in medium flame until light golden brown.
