Bun Kebab/ Kebab Sandwich Recipe





Bun Kebab / Kebab Sandwich 


Ingredients: Burger Bread 4, minced Chicken 300g, Black pepper powder 1 tsp, Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp each, chopped green chilli 4, chopped fresh coriander ½cup, cumin and Corriender powder 1 tsp each, Garam masala powder 1 tsp, 1tsp salt, two medium size onion, egg 1, one medium size Tomato, meyonise, oil to fry.

Process: take minced chicken in mixi and make almost fine paste and transfer this to a mixing bowl. Add Black pepper powder, garlic ginger paste, cumin coriander powder, half of chopped coriander, garam masala powder, half of chopped green chilli and the egg, mix all ingredients with chicken, now add 1tsp salt or salt to your taste and 2tbs oil to chicken mix and allow it to rest for 15 min. 




After 15 min chop one oinion finely and mix well with chicken, now devide the chicken in 4 equal part, take one part and make ball by hands, then press gently to make it flat almost size of bread's redious, keep on a flat surface, do the same for other 3 chicken ball. Rest it for another 10 min.

Now take a flat frying pan, put some oil and heat to smoke. Now place the flattened kebab mix to frying pan one by one and fry both side in medium to high flame for 3 min each side.



Apply little bit oil to the both surfaces of bread's and grilled on pan for a mintute for each side.


Cut the onion and tomato in rings.

Take one half of bread, put some meyonise, spread over it, now put a flat kebab on meyonise layer, then decorate with slice onion, tomato, green chilli, chopped coriander, add meyonise on this layer and cover the layer by another half of bread. Press gently from top to set the layers. Follow the same steps for other breads and kebab.




Your Bun Keban/ Kebab Sandwich is ready serve.

You can serve this as breakfast or as heavy tiffin.
