 Spanish Omelet/ Spanish Tortilla





Ingredients: Egg 4, Roughly Chopped Bell Pepper 4 tbs, Chopped Tometo 2 tbs, Sweet Corn 2 tbs, Chopped onion one medium size, chopped green chilli 2, Black pepper powder 2 tsp, 1 tsp salt, roughly chopped medium size potato, 3 tbs oil.

Preparation: Take one tbs oil on a pan, heat until smoke release. Add chopped potatoes on oil, fry potaoes until it becomes soft.

Take mixing bowl, take eggs in bowl, now add fried potatoes, onion, green chilli, tomato, bell pepper, sweet corns, pepper powder and salt. Mix all these with eggs by a spoon.

Take a frying pan, add one tbs oil in pan and spread all) over the pan. Heat the pan until smoke release. Bring the flame to medum low, now add egg mix to the pan and spread all over the pan. Allow it to cook undisturb in low medium flame 2 to three minutes. Turn off flame. Take a plate place on pan and turn down pan to plate ( remember pan is hot so hold the pan with a thick cloth while turning down the pan). Again add one tbs of oil on the same pan spread all over the pan, heat until smoke release. Bring flame medium to low, gently  transfer the egg mix to the pan from plate, the uncook side will be on pan base. And cook for another 2 minutes undisturbed and transfer this to serving plate plate immediately from the pan.




Your Spanish Omelet / Spanish Tortilla is ready to serve.
