Paratha Cheese Sandwich / Indian Flat Bread Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients: Maida/ Refined Flour 3 Cups, Grated Cheese ½ cup, Green chilli finely chopped, 1 Small size Onion finely chopped, Black pepper powder 2 tsp, salt to taste, Vegitable oil 3 tbs.
Process: Take maida/ Refined Flour in a mixing bowl, add ¼ tsp salt, 1 tbs Vegitable oil to mixing bowl and mix them well by hand. Add water ( approx ½ cup) to bowl and make a soft dough with them.
Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape them round by hands. Cover them with a wet cloth to retain moisture.
Take one dough on rolling board, dust with dry flour, press and rolled the dough with roller to make round flat bread. And do the same and make flat bread with other dougs.
Take one bread on rolling board and topped with grated cheese, onion and green chhili, spread 1 tsp Pepper powder all over the chease layer. And set one flat bread on it now press the edge with finger to close and lock the edges. And make the same with other flat breads.
Take one tbs oil on pan, heat oil to realese smoke. Keep the flame to medium low and shallow fry both side until it change colour and surface became little crisp.
