 Dry Fruits Cake without Oven




Ingredients: Refined Flour 3 Cups, Sugar 1½ cup, Vegitable oil 1 Cup, Egg 3, venila Essence 2 tbs, mixed dry fruits 1 Cup, baking powder 1 tsp.

( Refined flour: Oil: Sugar: Egg = 3: 1 : 1.5 : 3)

Process: soak dry fruits ( I soaked in water) 
Take a mixing bowl, add Sugar and oil, stir them to mix and to get light. Now add eggs and mix them well by a spoon till sugar desolve, add vanilla essence and mix well. Now add refined flour mix well, no flour lumps should be in batter. Mix them well but don't whipped much. Add soaked dry fruits and mix with batter.




Greese a baking pot with oil and at the bass put a parchmement paper on base of the pot. 

Add baking powder to batter and mix well with batter, now transfer the batter to baking pot. Remove bubbles from upper side. 






Take a big pan, filled base with salt, heat the pan to evaporate water in salt and impurities of salt. Keep iron stand on salt, place the baking pot on the stand, over the pan with a lid. Bake it for 30 mins in medium flame. To check, insert a kebab stick or toothpick in baked cake and remove, if batter stick with stick then bake some more time



Or, bake them in 180°C preheated oven for 30 to 35 min.
