Thick Garlic Vegitable Soup
Ingredients: Garlic10-15 cloves, Onion 2 medium size, carrot 2, tomato 2, Spring onion chopped 3 tbs, Fresh Corriender chopped 2 tbs, Refined Flour 2 tbs, 1tsp dry oregano, 2 eggs, Black pepper powder 1 tbs, olive oil 1 tbs, 1 inch butter cube, salt to taste.
(Serve for 6 person)
Process: chopped garlic roughly, cut the tomato one onion and carrot roughly. Take the chopped onion tomato and carrot in a mixi and make a paste. Cut other onion finely.
Take a pan add olive oil and Butter to this, heat the pan until smoke release now add chopped Garlic, fry for a minute in medium flame, add chopped onion and fry until it gets soft. Add one tbs Refined Flour stir this until become golden then add tomato onion carrot paste to this, cook this and stir for 5 min in medium flame, add chopped spring onion and 1tsp dry oregano and cook for another 5 min. Now add
1 ltr hot water to this, add salt to your taste allow it to boil.
Take bowl whipped the eggs with one tbs Refined Flour, mix it well and add one cup of boiled soup this mix stir it well and transfer this to pan, stir the soup and pour the egg mixter to soup.
Allow it to cook another few minutes, if it's look much thick add some hot water your desire consistency, check salt, keep the flame medium to low, once oil floats, off the flame, add fresh coriander and black pepper powder. Cover it and your soup is ready for serve.
