  Coconut Aloo Dum Ingredients :  Potato 500 g medium size, onion 2 medium size, Coconut ½, Garlic Ginger paste 1 tbs each, fresh coriander ½ cup, tomato 2 medium size, green chilli 4. Red chili 3, green cardamom 3, cloves 3, cinnamon stick 2 Inch, black pepper Cumin Corriender powder 1 tps each, Curd ½ cup, gram masala powder ½ tps, black Cumin 2 tps. Cooking Oil 4 tbs, salt 1 tbs or to taste. Process:  Wash potatoes and pressure Cook for one whistle, cool it, remove the skin, cut each into two parts. Keep aside. Cut onions finely Cut coconut in small pieces, put in mixi and grind them to make coarse paste. Cut tomatoes into small pieces Cut green chilli roughly Cut fresh coriander roughly Whipped the curd with a spoon, keep aside.
