  Fish Paturi/ Banana Leaf Wrapped Fish Ingredients: Fish ( here I take Bhetki fish/Barramundi/Asian Sea Bass, you can take Hilsa or Salmon) 500g ( with or without bone), Mustard oil 100ml, Green Chilli 10 to 15 pcs, Curd 4 tbs, coconut ¼, Black mustard 2 tbs, Poppy seed 1 tbs, Cashew nut 10 pcs, salt to taste, Termaric powder 1tsp, oil to fry (optional), Banana leaf for wrapping the fish pieces. Process: Cut 500 g fish into 10 pieces ( or approx 50 g each piece), add 1 tbs salt and Termaric powder to fish, apply salt and Termaric powder all over the fish pieces.  Cut the coconut in small pieces, cut 5 green chilli roughly. Put coconut pieces and green chilli a mixi, grind them to make paste and this to fish. Put mustard seed  in mixi and grind this to a fine paste.   Maharani Egg  Ingredients: Boiled eggs 8 to 10, 2 medium size onion, Ginger 1 inch, Garlic 10 to 12 cloves, green chhili 4 (diced), dry red Chili 4, whole cumin seed 1 tsp, whole Corriender seed 1tsp, Black pepper corn 10 pcs, ½ tsp fennel seed, 2 inch mace, ¼ part of a Nutmeg, 4 green cardamom, 4 cloves, 2 inch cinnamon stick, 1 tbs french Corriender finely chopped, 3 tbs frash cream, 8 to 10 cashew nuts, curd 3 tbs, oil 3 tbs,  salt to taste, Fenugreek leaves 1tbs. Process: Boil the eggs and make few Slit mark to the eggs upto yolk that salt and spices can enter.   Caramel Pudding Cake Ingredients:  For Cake- Refined Flour 2 Cups, Egg 2, Sugar 1Cup, vanila essence 2 tbs, Oil 1 cup, baking powder 1½tsp. For Caramel- 4 tbs sugar. For Pudding- milk 200ml, Egg 2, sugar 1cup, Vanila Essence 2 tbs. Process-  Step -1 Cake Batter- take sugar in a mixing bowl add sugar, oil and eggs, mix them well until sugar dissolves, add Venila Essence and mix it well. Then add refined flour, stir them to make a fine batter. Add baking powder to this, mix with batter properly just before baking. Caramel- take sugar on a hot pan, stir it continuesly until sugar melt and caramelize but be carefull not burn caramel. Transfer the caramel to a baking pot immediately and spread all over the base of baking pot, allow to cool and set caramel.   Thick Garlic Vegitable Soup Ingredients: Garlic10-15 cloves, Onion 2 medium size, carrot 2, tomato 2, Spring onion chopped 3 tbs, Fresh Corriender chopped 2 tbs, Refined Flour 2 tbs, 1tsp dry oregano, 2 eggs, Black pepper powder 1 tbs, olive oil 1 tbs, 1 inch butter cube, salt to taste. (Serve for 6 person) Process: chopped garlic roughly, cut the tomato one onion and carrot roughly. Take the chopped onion tomato and carrot in a mixi and make a  paste. Cut other onion finely. Take a pan add olive oil and Butter to this, heat the pan until smoke release now add chopped Garlic, fry for a minute in medium flame, add chopped onion and fry until it gets soft.   Palak Paneer/ Indian Cottage Cheese Spinach Curry Ingredients: Paneer / Indian Cottage Cheese 250 g. Palak / Spinach 500g, tomato 1 medium size, Ginger paste 1 tsp, green chili 4 pcs, dry chilli 2pcs, Termaric powder 2½ tsp, Cumin Powder 1tsp, Coriender powder 1tsp, Black pepper powder ½tps, milk 4 tbs, chopped fresh coriander 1 tbs, Oil 4 tbs, sugar 1 tsp, butter 1 inch cube, Green cardamom 2 pcs, clove 4 pcs, cinnamon stick 1 Inch broken, one lemon, Garam masala powder 1 tsp and salt to taste Process: Cut the Paneer into 1 inch cube each, take a medium size bowl, pour some hot water into the bowl add one tbs salt, one tbs lemon juice, 2 tsp Termaric powder (optional) to hot water, stir it and transfer the panner cubes into the bowl. Apple Cake Recipe

  Apple Cake Recipe Ingredients: Apple (one) 200g, Refined Flour/ All purpose Flour/ Maida 3 Cup, Vegitable oil 1 cup, Sugar 1¹/² cup, Venila Essence 2tbs, Baking powder 1 tbs, Egg 3 pieces.   (The cup used is about 150 ml) Process:      Take sugar in a medium size bowl and Vegitable oil to this. Stir them to mix, next add eggs and Venila Essence and whipped them to a soft mixture. Add flour to the mixture bit for some time and no Flour lumps should be there. Now add baking powder to this and mix this well and keep aside.         Half portion of apple chopped roughly and another portion cut into slice.    Take a baking pan (8 inch redious) greese it well with butter or oil and place a bakery paper or a plain white paper on it.    Add roughly chopped Apple to the mixture and mix evenly.
