Medu Bada / White Lentil DoughnutRecipe

  Medu Bada/ White Lentil Doughnut Ingredients: Urad dal/ white lentil 250g, Ginger 1 inch, Green Chilli 4, black pepper 10 corn, Tomato 1 medium size, Onion 1 medium size, curry leaves one, fresh coriander chopped ¼ cup, salt to taste and oil to fry, baking soda ⅕tsp. Process: Soak Urad dal/ white lentil 6 hours or overnight in water. Discard water and take in grinder, add two green chilli, piece of ginger in grinder, grind them to make make all most fine paste ( not to smooth textured paste) add very litle much of water maximum ½ cup( we not need any thin batter), transfer this to a Bowl. Break black pepper corns to coarse piece, mix to Urad dal mix, add 1 tsp salt ( or to your taste), whipped this by hand or with a spoon well to make it light and fluffy.   Chicken Boti Kebab in Clay Oven Ingredients: Boneless Chicken 1kg, Lemon Juice 3 tbs, Curd 1 Cup ( 200g), Oilve oil 4 tbs, green chilli 6, Coriender Cumin powder 1 tbs each, Black pepper powder 1 tbs, Garlic Ginger paste 1 tbs each, cashew nut 15 pcs, Salt to taste.  Vegitable oil to brush on kebab. Red and Yellow Bell Pepper, Tomato 2 medium size, One large size onion. Process: cut the chicken in medium size cube, put in a mixing bowl, add lemon juice and olive oil to chicken, mix them well with chicken. Take Green Chilli, Curd, cashew nut, cumin coriander Black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste in a mixi, grind and mix them to make a fine paste.   Smoky Grilled Chicken in Spicy Gravy Ingredients: Chicken 500g boneless. For Chicken Marination: salt 1tsp, lemon juice 2 tbs, olive oil 2 tbs ( you can use any Vegitable oil), curd 4 tbs, Black pepper powder 1 tsp, Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp each, cumin coriander powder ½tsp each, green chili 2 finely chopped, fresh coriander finely chopped 2 tbs.   Egg Mashala Curry/ Egg with Spicy Gravy Ingredients: Egg 6, Onion 1 medium size chopped , Garlic 8 cloves, Ginger 1 inch chopped, Cashew nuts 8, Curd 4 tbs, Termaric powder 1tsp, Red Chilli powder 1tbs, Green Chilli 6, Corriender and Cumin powder 1tsp each, Black pepper powder ½ tap, 2 Green cardamom, 3 cloves bud, 2 inch cinnamon stick, oil 3 tbs, salt to taste Process: boil eggs to hard, remove the skin and keep aside. Take a pan and add one tbs oil, heat until smoke release, add chopped onion, 2 green chili, chopped ginger and garlic to oil, fry these in medium flame until onion get golden colour. Bun Kebab / Kebab Sandwich  Ingredients: Burger Bread 4, minced Chicken 300g, Black pepper powder 1 tsp, Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp each, chopped green chilli 4, chopped fresh coriander ½cup, cumin and Corriender powder 1 tsp each, Garam masala powder 1 tsp, 1tsp salt, two medium size onion, egg 1, one medium size Tomato, meyonise, oil to fry. Process: take minced chicken in mixi and make almost fine paste and transfer this to a mixing bowl.  Red Lentil Coated Pumpkin Flower Fry Ingredients: Male Pumpkin Flower 6, Red Lentil 100g, Dry Rice 2tbs, green chilli 2, black pepper corn 6 to 8, Cumin and Corriender powder 1 tsp, Black Cumin seed 1 tap, Salt to taste, 4 tbs oil to fry. Process: Soak Red Lentil and Dry Rice in water separately at least for 2 hours. Once they soaked drain the water and take rice in a grinder and grind this without water, then add soaked Red Lentil, Black pepper corn, green chilli in the grinder along with grinded rice and grind them to make a allmost fine mixture. Paratha Cheese Sandwich / Indian Flat Bread Cheese Sandwich Ingredients: Maida/ Refined Flour 3 Cups, Grated Cheese ½ cup, Green chilli finely chopped, 1 Small size Onion finely chopped, Black pepper powder 2 tsp, salt to taste, Vegitable oil 3 tbs. Process: Take maida/ Refined Flour in a mixing bowl, add ¼ tsp salt, 1 tbs Vegitable oil to mixing bowl and mix them well by hand. Add water ( approx ½ cup) to bowl and make a soft dough with them.
